Payment & Security

Payment Methods Accepted: Veresoni accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• PayPal
• Afterpay
• Digital Gift Card

Refund Processing: Please note that Veresoni cannot issue a refund to a different payment method from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, it will take up to 10‐15 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.

• Credit Card: It will take around 5‐10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end from the day the return is processed.
• Debit Card: Refunds will be processed as a credit transaction and will take around 5‐10 business days to appear on your end.
• Aferpay: You will receive a notification from Afterpay once the refund has been made. It may take around 4‐6 business days for you to see the fund in your account.
• PayPal: You will receive a notification from PayPal once the refund has been made. It may take around 5‐10 business days for you to see the fund in your bank account.
• Gift Card: Refunds for items purchased with a digital or physical gift card will be issued as store credit to your Veresoni account.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees:

• Australia: Import taxes and duties are included in the product price; no additional charges upon delivery.
• International: Duties and taxes incurred on your shipment are your responsibility. Veresoni does not have control over these fees and cannot advise on the costs as they vary by country. Contact your local customs office for more information.

International Transaction Fees: Veresoni does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Any other fees applied by your bank are not under the control of Veresoni. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Discount Coupon: A limit of one (1) coupon may be applied to each order. The system will automatically select the better deal if a second discount coupon is applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Veresoni gift cards are excluded from all discounts.

Security: At Veresoni, your security is our priority. We use advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to handle all payments, ensuring your personal information is secure and protected throughout the transaction process.
